Flatbread is such a universal product. You can use it for so many different things. From bread for sandwiches to just a side added to any dinner (it’s fantastic with steak and salad!). Using the flatbread for personal pizzas is always a tasty idea. Here’s what you’ll need:

Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Whatever toppings you like, you can add! These are just some basic ideas.
After you gather all of your ingredients, you’ll need to make the flatbread. Once you’ve made your bread, here’s what you do:
Heat a griddle pan over the campfire. Layout sheets of foil big enough to wrap up the flatbread with the toppings--make sure there is enough to have room at the top so the foil doesn’t rest on the toppings!
Next, spread a layer of sauce on your flatbread and then add the cheese and your desired toppings. Carefully wrap up the flatbread in the foil and set on the griddle until the cheese is nice and melty. The bottom should get a little crisp to give it that crunchy bite we all love with our pizzas!
